30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@welcomelane.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
  4. Receive your refund once the item is inspected

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used or showing signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@welcomelane.com. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
